Navigation Panel not appear - 26-03-2006, 09:08 PM

The Navigation Panel not appear in Admin CP.
Whats is Wrong?
Look the configurations of my server.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hello!
I use Firefox 2.0.0.3 and IE 6.0.x
tested with both browsers with same problem.

Note: I have another installation of eSupportsuite for years on other domain and there it work perfect (with same browsers and computer) so the problem is just with this new Supportsuite

NOTE: I'M RUNNING PHP5

update: I deleted cache and files folders, restarter apache, cleaning browsers cache, going to another computer and try from there, nothing work we get same results on all browsers and computers.

Fast help will be very apreciated, our university need it working and all configured for the next monday !

I try this 2 times:

1) re-uploading with sftp client (forcing binary mode)
2) uploading the tar.gz and extracting the files directly on the server

Btw, I try to upload again themes/ folder content, not work.
extracting from the tar.gz only this folder and replacing, not work.

nothing work.
