Make sure you have Post Text Processing setting set to Strip Tags rather than HTML Entities under Admin CP > Settings > Tickets. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for the quick response however under settings in the admin control panel I do not have Tickets http://site.1choice4yourstore.com/support.gif That is a screenshot Under General Options for Client Data Output Options we have strip html tags But that did not do the trick. Any help is appreciated. |
