Need Assistance - 16-10-2006, 11:49 AM

We had a big problem with Kayako and once support fixed the problem we are having a new problem.

When our customers respond to our ticket, we see all the css coding from our email.

We never had this problem before.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have Post Text Processing setting set to Strip Tags rather than HTML Entities under Admin CP > Settings > Tickets.

Thank you for the quick response however under settings in the admin control panel I do not have Tickets

That is a screenshot

Under General Options for Client Data Output Options we have strip html tags

But that did not do the trick.

Any help is appreciated.

Well would love to be upgraded to v3 but we are on a hosted solution and not sure when they will get to us. You would think if you had customers paying each month so they didn't have to deal with upgrades or patches or anything else you would get upgraded faster.

Way too complicated to change over...bummer

Anyway...Anyone have any ideas how I can get this fixed because it looks horrible...that is getting it fixed on version 2

If I remember correctly v2 also had an option to stip HTML content in the ticket post under -- Admin > Settings
