Hi all, When customers opens a new ticket they get a autoresponder with the link to the ticket, pass, etc.... I am looking for a way to add group=anything to that link to override the default template setting for non registered users. The link should look like that http://bbbb.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=35&group=anything I was looking a t the auto responder template and found the string how ever changing it does not change the url, <{$swiftpath}>index.php<{else}><{$_swiftpath}>view ticket.php<{/if}>?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=<{$ticket[ticketid]}> can anyone tell me which template do I need to change and where? Any help will be highly appreciated. |
