Well I paid for the installation service to get esupport up and running and so far its been a nightmare. Its going on 2 weeks now and support has stopped emailing me back. Can somebody help me with a problem I'm having. I have all the email que stuff set up in kayako and I have my forwarders set in cpanel but the piping still does not work. I've been told I need to do the following: cPanel/Exim Piping Issues - Resolution I gave the support person at kayako full access to FTP and cpanel and he still has not completed our set up. I really need this working. Could somebody on this forum give a helping hand and help me with this. I could give you acces to our cpanel so you can make the necessary changes. I think its a pretty easy fix but I just don't know how to do it. Thanks Scott |
