I have been posting threads, submitting support tickets and it’s nearly a month since I paid for my account without any assistance. I keep responding to your emails but nothing is resolved. My account cannot see any tickets that are posted nor do we receive an email when a ticket is posted. I have personally posted the same ticket multiple times now with support@kayako.com and need assistance or I will be forced to cancel the account before the 1st. It makes no sense to pay for a service that does NOT work. My customers are irate with my company because they are submitting tickets that we have no knowledge of. Too bad that the product looks good but clearly doesn't work! I have even offered to pay one of these 3rd party companies for assistance, they reply with an email ticket from Kayako's software but thats about it - never a follow through. |

If you can describe your problems in detail for us, I will be glad to try and help you our myself.. |

cmarsh as stated in my return PM to you your problem was you had 3 Staff Members and 13 different departments but the Staff Members were all assigned to just one department. So since they were not assigned to the other 12 departments then they dont see the tickets. But I put all staff members on ALL departments and sent you instructions on how to adjust the staff departments in the future.. But will also put the instructions below for anyone else that has this problem. 1) Login to Admin CP 2) Click on the "Staff" tab at the top. 3) Click on "Manage Staff" 4) Click on the Staff Members Name 5) At the bottom of next page will list all the departments.. Highlight ALL departments you want that staff member to be a part of. 6) Repat steps 1-5 for ALL other Staff Members. Digital Mayhem, Inc.
