Hi, I need to modify all the ticket module templates so that the following does not appear on the new/reply ticket email generated by the system: You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: http://support.blahblah.com/tickets/...ket&ticketid=8 Email: ERobledo@blahblah.com Password: a5f471e9 At the moment we do not want our customer to check the status of the ticket with the Client CP. What they will be doing is sending a problem ticket to an email address. Kayako for now will be use internally. I need to remove any links that point to the Client CP. Thanks, Eliud |
