I am changing servers and need to put kayako in maintenance mode as the DNS up-dates.

How can I do this? I cant see one thing to disable the site.

I do not think there is a way. We recently did a server move also, and I just sent in and replaced all of the index.php files in the kayako folder and subfolders with a static maintenance message on our old server and disabled the cron jobs.
