Angry Need tech support and not getting any reply!!! - 14-08-2006, 08:54 PM

Hello,

We are changing servers. We were supposed to make this change this past weekend.

LAST Tuesday, nearly a WEEK ago, I started a support ticket thread in Kayako's eSupport. I asked how much a clean install of v3 (which we are a licensed user of) and a data transfer from one host to another would cost and WHERE I can pay for this. TWO DAYS later I got a reply asking for the details of our license so they could look up our license. Great, I sent that. Since then I have not gotten another reply! I even started another ticket with "urgent" category, still no reply. In desperation, I sent a ticket to their 'new sales' department earlier today, still no reply. What gives? We were supposed to move servers this past weekend while our office was closed and I couldn't because our eSupport has not been set up yet on the new box!!

I really need help and I'm willing to pay for it!!! Can anyone tell me what the best way to get support is? We have been a customer for several years and it seems over and over when we need support it is like pulling teeth to get it!

Hiren, Varun, Raghav, SOMEONE.... Please help!

Varun I know is very busy on the version 3.1 and the Reseller Portal, Hiren no longer works with the company.. But anyway I can perform a clean install and can transfer your existing data for $25
