The issue seems to be related to your MTA than the software.

MTA - Mail Transport Agent. Check your mail server, this seems to be a mail server issue rather than a software issue.

This problem occurs when the dns of mail server has not propogated to all the domain name servers. This generally occurs when a new mail server is setup.
Propagation of DNS normally takes anything between 48-72 hours.So,this problems goes automatically once 72 hours have passed.
