Supportsuite Version: 3.04.10
I am experiencing problems when clients or staff reply to tickets using any email client, i.e. Thunderbird, Outlook etc.
When they receive a copy of the message in this way the message body shows the html formatting as text, "<br />" at the end of each line.
If the same message is viewed through the Esupport Web application it displays fine.
This used to work fine in our previous version 3.00.90.
Any help or pointers would be much appreciated!
