Im relativley new to esupport we currently use it to let people to assign tasks to the IT dept but we wondering if anyone new wether it was also possible to use for another dept. Like our Techinical services dept who wish to use the same system or would this require another copy of esupport

As long as the domain registered for the license remains the same you will not need a new license.
