I have been on live support with Kayako, and it has not got me anywhere, so I was hoping someone else could be of assistance. Kayako live support does not seem to care...
When I am not Online for live support, customers have the option of leaving a message. When I respond to the new messages, they leave my New Messages folder for a short period, but if I go back to check on new messages later, they are back in there. They will not go away until a day or two later......what gives? Why do they come back once I have responded to them? I have even deleted the messages I have responded to, yet they still show up in New Messages.
