hello
i have a little problem with the tickets. When someone is sending me a new ticket is appearing on the new ticket report from the home page of the dashboard. Even i replied to it the new ticket is still there. How can i do to fix this problem and to have the following situation: when i reply to a ticket that ticket must be sorted as "on hold" an the report for new tickets to indicate that i have zero new tickets.
It's obviouslly that after i reply to a new ticket that ticket is no longer new. So must disapear from the home page of the dashoabrd of the staff.
