When sending in a ticket to the support email address the customer gets an autoresponse with the ticket number, etc. but the ticket is not entered into the desk anywhere. We've been attempting to get post parse rules working to filter the tickets to correct department and person when they come in but can't get that work. We deleted those rules but now no tickets are received into the desk as viewable. Any ideas? |
