| New User, Filter not working? bug? banging my head! -

I've searched the forum and bug.kayako.net but didn't find similar problem,
my company received hundreds of emails a day, so right after setting up kayako, we've created many filters.
1. Click on the filter, it showed all the tickets
2. Submitted a ticket matching the filter and it showed just the matching ticket
3. Click on another filter, all tickets showed up again
What is going on?
We are using supportsuite-3_04_10-stable-zendclosed |
