News items on staff dashboard? - 04-05-2007, 06:46 AM

I can't seem to get any news items to show on the news tab of the staff dashboard.


I have "Can View News Tab" enabled, is there something else (besides adding actual news, which I've done) that I need to do to get something to show up.

The count remains at 0 no matter how many I add.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

Could be a misconfiguration issue. You will need someone to look into the issue.

Funny, I was opening a ticket this morning and decided to try creating a private news article one more time (I'd entered 4 or 5 last night with no luck, so deleted them all) and like magic the article now appears!

Go figure!
