No autoresponder on Post Parse rule - 31-01-2007, 09:41 PM

Hi guys,

It seems it's not possible, yet I think it's really needed.

I want to setup a post parse rule, so I can put the ticket into a department with a status I want - however it seems I can't turn off the "Don't Send Autoresponder Message" as it's under Pre Parse.

Why can't the rule be both types? Or atlest make this option available under the Post Parse section as well.
