in one of my pages I want to make an arrangement so that
only when I am online the chat icon displays

is that possible?

use a 1x1 transparent gif as your offline image and it should work the way you want.

but I want it for one of my page I do not want to change my default chat Icons

I was the same. I was over-thinking the problem trying to find a code-modifying solution but then realised a simple 1x1 pixel transparent image works perfectly well.
