No email to customer when replying to ticket - 02-07-2008, 09:31 AM

When I reply to a ticket, and make sure that the "Send email" is checked (it is by default?), no email is sent to the customer.

The only mail he gets is the first auto-responder, then nothing more.

Is this a setting that I might have turned off?

Yes Send Email is checked by default. Try switching to SMTP - you need to set your SMTP server settings under:
Admin CP > Settings > CPU Optimization & Server > SMTP Settings

Great, now it works when i activated SMTP and entered the correct SMTP-server.
