No icons/images in SupportSuite - Kayako

Hello everyone, first post here.

SupportSuite 3.11.01 has been installed on my server by Kayako's installation service team, and I've got it running on Windows 2k3 Server, Apache 2.2.4 with PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0.45. When I access SupportSuite locally from the server, I can view everything properly. However, when I visit the website remotely (check it out here), I cannot see any of the SupportSuite graphics.

I'm pretty new to Apache and PHP, so I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my setup for either of those services. Any insight/suggestions would be great.

"localhost" is not yourdomain or a valid path. It's going to be either your domain name, or since it seems it's installed on an IP, "IP/support/themes/client_default/space.gif"

Just change the Product URL (Admin CP -> Settings -> General -> Product URL) to http://72.3.238.166/ and it should work fine. Change this again to the domain (http://www.yourdomainname.com/) if you decide to move it to a domain.

I had the same problem on a very similar WAMP setup, and the problem was the Product URL was not correct, as craigbass noted above.

Also wanted to add: remember the trailing slash.
