Question No 'New Ticket' Admin Notification Emails Yet 'New Issue' Autoresponder's Are On - 26-12-2007, 11:40 PM

Hi,

When a new ticket is created I am not receiving the admin/staff new ticket email notifications.

All the email queues have 'Enable New Issue Autoresponder?' switched to 'Yes'.

I do however receive admin/staff email notifications of customer replies to existing tickets.

Any ideas as to what I need to do to get the new ticket notification emails sending to admin/staff? I've looked everywhere and searched this forum to no avail.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Hi myquee,

You need to create a ticket alert rule for this - in the staff control panel, see under Tickets -> Alert Rules -> Insert New
