the file permissions of cache and files folders are ok, and all the installation was done without any problem. All work instead the "navigation panel" of the admin cp. eSupportSuite latest stable: 3.10.02 (I downloaded and install it today) |

Try changing "Enable Javascript Cache for Theme Items" to "No" under -- Admin CP > Settings > General > Default Theme Options > Enable Javascript Cache for Theme Items > No Check if that fixes the issue. Make sure you clear your browser and software cache after making the changes Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ SupportSkins.com - http://www.supportskins.com/ |
