No outgoing mail when replied - 24-06-2008, 03:10 PM

Hi,

First i had a problem installing IMAP support for PHP, but i fixed that. Now my messanges get in the ticketboxes and the supportsystem, but when i reply to a ticket, i get a white page, the replymail isn't received by the customer, but the message did get into the ticket, so the reply is added.

Does anyone know a solution or a way of getting to the error i should get?

It sounds as if you have recompiled PHP without mbstring which is needed by Kayako.

i did ./configure --with-imap --with-imap-ssl --enable-mbstring

and recompiled php, but it doesn't work yet..

well, i did yum install php-mbstring and the problem with the white page is solved.. but the customer doesn't get a reply via email though..

i'll get a screeny for you asap, as the desk is on an intranet site
