No suitable nodes?

Just upgrade to 3.10. Sometimes, when I simply try to reply to a Ticket, I get this error on a blank page that reads:

Is this a MySQL error? What are "nodes"?

No this does not seem to be a MySQL error, seems more like a server issue although a confirmation from Kayako would be great.

Some more research, I'm finding it has something to do with my Server's "cluster" of "nodes" and NAT. I'm no Network Admin, but it sounds really cool ...until it doesn't work
