Hi, Yes, you can do this. You can manually allow the users to submit the tickets. You can do this as under: Admin CP> Settings> User registration> Enable Manual Staff Verification Regards, Raghav Arora -------------------------------------------------------------------

You will need to go into the department and disable that. Login to your Staff CP at this URL: http://yourdomain.com/support/staff/ Login. Then click the Users Tab, and then Manage Groups. You should see a group called guest. Click the Group Title for Guest. You should see a setting that says PERMISSIONS: Tickets |__ Under there you should see the setting: Can Submit Ticket? |__ Set that to No. That should fix your issue. |
