Non-working search function

We use the hosted service of Kayako and since a couple of months ago our search function does not work at all. If we do a search on the site it just produces a blank page.

We have had several contacts with the support of Kayako and the last answer was that the issue (which apparently was a well known issue regarding the hosted service) should be solved last week with the latest CVS-realese.

But still the search function does not work at our site and we are worried that we have misunderstood something. Have you all "hosted" customers out there really had a non-working search function on your sites for months - or is it only us? If it is only us who have this issue - does anyone have any idea of what we should do in order to have the search function working again?

I have same probem. Search for end user doesn't work.

But search in staff panel does.

Any technical solutions?
