| not all admins getting other admins replies -

Hi,
We have kayako esupport setup only using the administrator group as current there are 2 admins which need to receive each others replies to clients.
Everything else seems to be working. If a client sends an email, we are both alerted. If user1 responds to the client, only the client and user2 get the response, but user1 does not konow that user2 has already responded to the ticket.
How do I sort this out.
Also, sometimes a reply is not sent to certain email addresses - and I think the ones that have sent a few emails quite close together - why is this and how do I fix this ?
