Not getting alert.. - 07-06-2006, 03:04 AM

The user gets a mail with his ticket info, but not me or my staff. I checked to make sure a email is set for the staff and so on..

Whats wrong?

Did you check your maillog to see if the mail is being dispatched? Additionally did you double check your Alert Rules to make sure everything is set right?
