This is not good...potential bug - 24-07-2008, 06:30 PM

Everytime I submit a response to a ticket in the staff CP it gets stuck here:

http://mycompany.helpserve.com/staff/index.php

and just sits there. If I refresh the page or hit enter in the address bar it takes me back to the dashboard, rather than anything in the ticket section.

I just flushed the cache, received confirmation, and I'm still seeing the same behavior. This occurs in both IE and FF, the only difference being that IE says "The website cannot display the page" and FF is just blank.

Contact support (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support"). It is likely an issue specific to your desk. May be an idea to try another computer on another net connection first tho if you can.

I did submit a ticket to kayako support, right after I started this thread. Hopefully they can get it resolved. I will try some other machines between now & then.

Anyone else ever see this?

I have never seen such an issue but it is likely affecting just you or users on that server as your on the hosted platform.

It's interesting that the page you're stuck on has a different subdomain than your actual helpdesk; this is likely a misconfiguration somewhere.

At any rate, the ticket is the appropriate place to handle this.
