Not monitoring..

I'm logged into the monitor for live chat but its not monitoring visitors or showing as being ONLINE when I'm logged in! It was wokring then all of a sudden later on stopped!!

Please help!

make sure that the settings on your staff user account are set for both live support and tickets. If its based on department stats, make sure they have been set to do both.

I did that, it works for awile then later on it stops working! I log in and go to my site, it does not show I'm online and it says staff is OFFLINE when I am on! I mean I've been on and it just stops working! Please help..

my guess is to really check your networking situation. I know if for a moment that my network connection goes down my winapp connection goes haywire and it would do something like that.

But nothing is wrong! Sites load fine and everything.. I really hope I can get this fixed or I'll just have to switch to another system..

i'll be glad to help if you want. I would need server credentials and a test staff user to play around with it. Up to you if you want my assistance or not- just figure i would offer it so you didn't have to leave.
