Chances are it's Cpanel, if you log in by adding "/cpanel" (or :2082 / :2083) to the end of the website address. Is that the address you use to log in? From Hostrocket: Quote:
"|home/username/public_html/esupport_directory/cli/index.php" Make sure that index.php file has 755 permissions. Once done, if the pipe still isn't working, then it's probably within Kayako's settings. You need to have a department set up, and a mail "queue" that points to it for it to work. | |

Well I checked I currently have no forwarders and I just tried to create a new one just like below support@v-skins.com forwards to |/home/vskins/public_html/vsupport/cli/index.php For some reason I am still getting the same error message. Is it possible that the issue might be something I need corrected by my hosting provider? |
