Not Recieving tickets on mobiles? - 12-10-2007, 07:13 AM

Hello,

We run Esupport v3.04.10. Many of our staff have BlackBerry 8700 cellphones. Sometimes, on occasion we won't recieve tickets on our phones, but they'll be in the system. Is there a known bug with this or should I really be checking my own configurations more?

I'm really stumped here on this one. If there's anything you'll need to look at to figure out whats up, please let me know and I'll post it ASAP.

I assume that you want to state that some email alerts are not coming properly. Please email me the helpdesk login details and I will check the alert rules you have created.

If you set the email alerts to forward the emails to a POP3 account not used on Blackberry does it still work?
