Notification of response - 14-10-2006, 06:24 PM

Hi,

I am trying to setup the SupportSuite and want to change some behaviour.
When a user submits a ticket, I want him to receive a notification saying that his ticket has been answered and that he can log into our SupportSuite to read the answer. By default the SupportSuite sends the answer in the email. Anyone knows how can I change that?

Have you tried to just edit the email_staffreply template ?

Hi,
How can the notification feature can be done in version 3.00. As I want that if staff responses, then client should get email notification that his ticket has been replied.
