Now not receiving any autogenerated emails - 23-05-2007, 07:40 PM

I am hoping that someone can help.

Yesterday my clients were getting mailer daemon messages when responding to auto emails. Now no one is receiving replies at all, not even autoresponses that tickets have been received. My whole entire day and business is centered around this help desk.

Please help.

I sent this email to Raghav this morning. It appears that I am now receiving emails for new tickets and replies to tickets. However, I am not receiving emails when a ticket status changes nor when a ticket is closed (I tested this).

Please tell me what the issue was over the past few days. I need to understand this so that if we did something internally that we don't do it again. This is very important.


I appreciate all of the help that you have given me but I do not want to email my clients to let them know that we are back at 100% until I am absolutely sure that all my alerts are working.
