Hello Varun,

I would love to see that office satus script put into ESupport, do you have any plans to do so or share the script

eSupport and Office Status are different products. Office status application will be linked to Swipe card system.

Whenever employee swipes and comes inside or goes out of the office the database gets updated and the same will be reflecting in the web page.

If you have a swipe card system in your office you can write a small web program to read from the database and to display it online or within the office (Intranet). There is nothing great in that Office Status page.

Thanks for that but what I was saying was it would be nice to see something like this on ESupport where an agent logs into the helpdesk and users/customers can see who is online and in the office.

Ohhhh, fantastic idea! A "who's online" indicator window for staff that are logged in, which would show up in the Client area and/or staff dashboard.

I like that one!

Im thinking they are saying that when you log into eSupport or LiveResponse that they have a page they can go to as an indicator that says Tech X is online Tech X is out of the Office Administrator X is busy etc.

Sounds good to me.

I support the concept. Aye. It's useful both for clients and for managers who have many remote agents, as we do. It would allow me to know when my staff are at their desk.
