This is the error I get in the char window when I click the chat link on the offsite link == Not Found The requested URL /support/visitor/index.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. == The code has the FULL URL to the correct install place !-- Begin SupportSuite Javascript Code --> #script language="javascript" src="http://www.SITE_ONE.NET/support/visi...de&department$ !-- End SupportSuite Javascript Code --> But as you can see the chat window is looking for a subdirectly under the SITE_TWO domain and it's not there.. |

are you using this code !-- Begin SupportSuite Javascript Code --> #script language="javascript" src="http://www.stoprust.net/support/visitor/index.php?_m=livesupport&_a=htmlcode&department$" !-- End SupportSuite Javascript Code --> cause on the second site its taking me too vintageagain.com/support/ which doesn't exist so looks like you are using the code. !-- Begin SupportSuite Javascript Code --> #script language="javascript" src="http://www.vintageagain.com/support/visitor/index.php?_m=livesupport&_a=htmlcode&department$" !-- End SupportSuite Javascript Code --> Digital Mayhem, Inc. Hello Dave, As we discussed I think the issue has to do with the mod_auth_passthrough on your server as I have the code on several different sites of ours on different domains and all ours work perfectly fine... Also yours is the only one I have ever seen this do on it.. Did you try disabling mod_auth_passthrough on your server as I suggested. Digital Mayhem, Inc.
