Hi, after the upgrade from 3.00.26 to 3.20.02 stable we experience another problem (previous is here: Parser fails if recipient is in BCC) Some old notes from old tickets appear on new tickets, new posts are appended to old, not even concerning tickets. It seems that something totally mixed up. It's very critical, and I plan to downgrade tonight. Is it possible to downgrade somehow? Istvan |
