hi, Why am I not getting any support from kayako again????????????? This is beyond a joke guys, apart from all the other problems i had in the past why in gods name have you made me pay $40 and generated me a useless license file! My software doesn't work, i get- ------------- License Error: Invalid Key File ------------- This is my support request sent on the 15th of august -------------- Posted On: 15 Aug 2006 06:03 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've uploaded my license file to http://support.webbez.com and it says License Error: Invalid Key File -------------- I haven't as yet received a reply!! additionally why have i still not had a refund from you????????????
