Exclamation Online chat issue - 03-12-2007, 05:19 PM

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has had this issue happen to them.
We are only using the LiveResponse chat portion of kayako. After thanksgiving our chat program stopped working. A customer is able to request a chat, our staff is able to see pending chat and accept it. Yet the customer's window keeps saying "Waiting for support to respond" even though my staff already accepted the chat.

We have not made any changes to our windows servers. Does anyone have any idea on what this could be or I can try before contacting support?
I am on Version 3.11.01 Stable Zend Version running on windows 2003 server.

have you recently upgrading your SupportSuite if so you may need to Revert your Templates.

I already did this and it did not fix the issue.

I suggest you submit a support ticket (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support) to have them investigate the issue.
