Only displaying assigned to self tickets - 01-04-2007, 11:51 PM

The setting:
Quote:
Can View All Tickets (Unassigned, Assigned to Self & Assigned to Others) [ Yes ] [ No ]
Found in the admin control panel, under "Staff" -> "Manage teams".
Does not appear to be functional in any way at all. There have previously been threads and bug tickets, found:

That so far all seem to have gone without any part of the issue having been resolved. I'm testing this on SupportSuite version 3.10.02 (Stable), and this issue still exists.

Please let me know if there are any ways to solve this issue, what the estimated time for resolving the issue is, and if possible, maybe a temporary work around.

Wim... it wont be any time soon if things are the same as they were 6 months ago.

See my thread here: 6 Months and still no fix for a ticket? What a joke.
