Only show staff from department

It would be great if it would be possible to see only the staff that belong to a department when you create a ticket for a department.
At this time you see all staff when creating a ticket, even when you have choosen a department.

Sorry, no it wasn't - this auto-popualtion based on permissions and selection was implemented for statuses only. However, we will be adding this functionality.

Yes, it has already been implemented in the current CVS build.
