Exclamation Opening Attachments - 03-12-2007, 11:45 AM

When our employees try to open an attachment, mostly .doc-files, they sometimes (not always) get this error :

<br />
<b>Warning</b>: fopen(./files/attach_66979332a45c9424189915d19cecae8c) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/var/www/html/vhosts/support.absolutions.nl/modules/tickets/functions_attachments.php</b> on line <b>214</b><br />

When trying to open jpg-files we get the error that (for instance) paint can't open the file

When this happens we have to search for the original email and send it to them. This attachment works but this shouldn't be necessary.

Can anyone derive something from error gives above?
Help would be greatly appreciated

Very odd. It would make sense if it was all files doing that.

The No Such File error one. Can you check to see if the file actually does exist using an FTP program?
