Opening edit window blanks custom fields - 20-07-2006, 06:44 AM

Has any other user noticed this issue.

We have defined some custom fields on tickets. When we open a ticket and click the edit button, it opens a page where the values of the custom fields do not show up. If we choose to update, we will in fact have the custom fields set back to default values.

We assume it's a bug, and we need to find out what is known about it, as it makes it too risky or unworkable to edit tickets in our system.

We have the same problem in version 3.00.90 and want to suscribe us this thread.
If we find some solution, then we posted it.

Ticket Display will show the custom field values, once you click the edit tab the custom fields are all blank/default.
