Opening Kayako to the Internet

I have Support Suite running on a server inside my LAN, using an internal IP address (10.X.X.X). With other servers that I want to make available to the Internet, on my firewall all I do it use port-forwarding to forward requests from an external IP, to the internal one. The Support-Suite site appears, but when it tries to load themes and stylesheets, the IP address I see in the browser status bar is my internal address, which from an outside PC can not be reached. I have never seen this before with other sites. Is there a setting in Support Suite I can change or do I need to change the domain of my license file to the external IP? Thanks.

If your domain licensed is your internal IP then yes you would need to change it to your external IP as your Product URL is probably set at your internal IP so when say Bob tries to access the support desk its trying to pull all the images from 192.168.1.1 which doesn't exist for him...
