Operator response timeframe - 12-02-2008, 06:20 PM

Hi,

Currently, if operator doesn't reply to chat request during 1 minutes - kayako redirects chat request to "Leave a message". Is there any way to modify this value? Can I set it to 2 or 3 minutes? We have really busy helpdesk and sometimes chat requests are lost because of this.

Also, is that possible to have a waiting time for chat queue, like please wait 3 minutes 15 seconds, operator will be with you shortly.

Admin CP -> Settings -> Live Support -> "Round Robin Retry Interval".
