Is it possible, please, to have the Manage tickets view opened with the tickets sorted - they seem to be displayed in a totally random manner. Ideally, I guess we need then ordered so that the most overdue tickets are at the top.

I appreciate tht it is just a click on the field, but m y staff haved asked the question...
