| An organized Time/Priority Based Ticket view -

I want a button or a lik I click on it every monrning and a lit of the tickets
I have to atten to them is just in front of my face
these tickets are following a forumula of time it was created and pritority of the ticket( a combination of two in a way that low priority tickets do not get ignored much and on the other hand critical tickets are replied in time)
I know SLA and played with filters but it seems I am not smart enought to
get it down.
a little push from a profesional here can keep me going and start my work
which like always I am greatful for that
