Original Email Source / Headers from Tickets (Are they there?)

Hello,

I ran across an interesting situation where I needed to report an inappropriate email to eBay and they wanted the email header info from the original email sent to us.

Since the email was converted as a ticket in Kayako, I could not oblige. Does Kayako store the original email source in the database?

I think it would be a good idea if Kayako would do something like this as a separate tab or button that could show the source text so that someone could trace back an email to a particular mail server if it was necessary.

You can view the email headers by viewing the ticket details, go the post (probably the first) and at the bottom-left you see a couple of icons.

-print
-view email headers
-edit ticket post
-delete ticket post
