Orphaned Custom Groups - 22-02-2007, 02:51 AM

I deleted 3 custom groups, which had custom fields associated to them. These were for the "User Registration" screens.

For existing users that had data pouplated in those groups and fields that were removed I now have blank sections appearing on the "View Ticket" screen in the staff control panel.

How do I correct these accounts so the groups that were associated with them do not display this empty space.

New users and existing users that did not have tose Custom Groups and Fields populated with do not have that problem.

I understand this has been resolved in future builds and will be available in the next stable build

Hi,

We added feature to delete custom fields from ticket is our Latest CVS build. Please upgrade your helpdesk to latest CVS build to get your issues resolved.

I have 3.10.00 Stable installed how do I remove the deleted fields from the tickets?

Hi,

You can delete custom group values from tickets form delete icon at top right corner of the custom group displayed in ticket.
