Arrow OS-dependent bug - 17-01-2007, 09:24 PM

I keep getting this bug , ever so often when the screen refreshes:

"Can't create a new thread (errno 35); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug"

We run the software on more than one site:

This is the info for one site:
Product: SupportSuite
Version: 3.04.00
Build Type: STABLE
Build Date: 29 Sep 2006 09:18:10 PM

This is the other second one:
Product: SupportSuite
Version: 3.00.90
Build Type: CVS
Build Date: 24 Jul 2006 01:12:23 AM

Any help is much appreaciated! Also, what manual is the error message referring to? As far as I know Kayako does not have a Users Manual!

The Users Manual is included in the product package and can also be downloaded from our Downloads Area.

Hi Peter,

Alright, downloaded the manual, and reviewed it!

I must have missed something because I could not find anything in reference to "OS-dependent bug".

Can you tell me what page I should be reading from the manual.

Thats the first time we are seeing that error. Is that in the Winapp or Web Frontend?

This is actually a MySQL error message. Please see MySQL Bugs: #5656: Can't create a new thread (errno 11) for more information.
